I don't know if this topic has a post but i couldn't find it, so it there is a post which covers this then just delete.

I'm wondering why the point shop doesn't have lvl 60-70 items for xmog reasons, as a person who doesn't have anything to use my points on it would help a ton if it offered xmog items.

Oh no. Now you have to play to get your xmog items. Now you might have to depend on somebody else's help.

They don't add them, because they want people to play for the items, instead of collecting points.

Probably because idea in point shop is to provide some catch-up gear for alts of active players. Not to get transmog sets and stuff.
