Site Donation problems coins and status not recieved

I donated 10 euro for 20 coins, via visa mastercard the payment went trough but i did not recieve any coins or my acc went premium

My friend has also had this issue, he donated about 30 minutes ago and no update :(

I am guessing they have an issue atm with payments.
