Hello, i have issue about my account,why i got banned for -Support is unavailable due to an IP Ban that exists on this account.
The reason for the ban is Advertising.
I was 7month ago in server,now i got this message? I waned know where is that reson for banning my account,who did this?
Pleas supprt team help me.

Yes i use internet from phone,becouse idint have any of wirless..
