I'm not sure what the aura classifies as but I'm pretty sure it's not a fear and that it's a stun and disarm. And yes it's blizzlike

Falls under horror effects, not fear. Hence Lichborne won't remove it. The warlock's death coil spell falls under the same category as well, that's why it doesn't DR the following fear to half duration.

You can trinket psychic horror, or if you're not in any immediate danger, just sit it out. You'll still be disarmed even if you get out anyway.
