Cant pick talents in ELEMENTAL talent tree

Hi,
so basically, i went 5/5 convection and 5/5 concussion(shaman elemental tree) and now i cant chose any more talents from elemental tree even tho i have 3 unspent points, i tried spending it in other specs and it worked.
I tried resetting talent tree and there was same problem, tried it twice actually. Tried restarting client and PC, same problem. Help would be appriciated. Thanks for your answear!
EDIT: I noticed now there is bugtracker, so i would write it there, but dont know how to delete this post

This seems a problem you can solve by your own.
Try to disable all of your addon
