Requirements

Patience is must since we are new and we are building our core!

Know your class and ICC/RS/ToC encounters with Ulduar/Naxxramas/EoE being exception, but definitely a nice bonus.
We use Discord for communication, DKP system for awards and DeadlyBossMode for raiding.
Other raiding add-ons are your own choice.
