Constant small freezes

Hey guys.

I am currently having problems with small but constant game freezes. They occur frequently, most of them very short for not even a second but every PvP Player knows, that even freezes for 0.5 second can be lethal. These freezes occur also if I turn my graphics to the lowest level so I don't believe it has something to do with these settings. My Latency is at a solid 27ms for the most part. I don't believe it has anything to do with my system, because I am able to play other games like Witcher or Fallout without any problems, so I am quite confused that a game like WoW is causing problems.
Is anyone else having this problem and might have a solution?

PS. I already deleted the cache folder, it didn't change anything.

try to disable all of your addons
