Coin refund after account theft

Soo , I played a lot before the server wipe , then left and when I came by I saw that some 1 stole my account and used all the coins I got due to the server wipe, For a time I tryed to sell the chars he made but with no luck , wanted to know if it possible to revert the discussion an account thief made

well, those coins expired.
There were a window of time to use them (almost 1 year).

For that reason I guess there is no way to get those coins back (above all if used by the guy who "stole" your account)
