It keeps asking me for an authenticator at login and even after I enter I receive the following message:

"The information you have entered is not valid. Please check the spelling of the account name and password. If you need help in retrieving a lost or stolen password and account, see...."

I tried changing my password but I am still having the same issue. What to do?
