WotLK Client doensn't show procs

Hello I have an issue with my client and friends of mine has experienced the same issues.

We're using the WoTLk client with WoD models.
When I'm on my Paladin and my Art of War procs, I don't see anything in the UI, I had to put on some combat text to see when it procs but that's about it.

at first I thought, okay maybe its just something that has been added later to the game, but then I saw the actual UI that indicates that Art of War was active while playing on a friends PC (he is also using the same client).

Does anyone know what the issue can be?

Btw the buttons on the actionbar doesn't light up when something procs either.

That's not a bug, that sort of thing was introduced in Cata. You can get an addon that shows you when it procs. It's called Cheese.

Also, I highely recommend downloading the launcher with classic models since the updated one is buggy.
