WotLK Please advise having a hard time pulling decent dps

Hello guys so i just played VOA 25 and I can only pull 7k dps and I think I am geared enough to pull more

Seal: Corruption

My Rotation:
Judgent > Hammer of wrath (if available) > CS > DS > Con > Exorcism (if all else i on cooldown then Holy Wrath)

Also I saw somewhere you should only use Ex if seal of corruption is at 5 stacks

I also have doubts about my expertise. I have read that it should be 26 so I have 26 with Seal of Corruption but only 16 when using Seal of Command.

Will this be fine? Please advise on others.

is this some kind of joke, u dont have t10 items and u cry about dmg and uspent coins for tiny o.O

First of all I know what guides are. I am not cryinf as well lol. I was just asking around for any tips since the guide is old and there might be bug fixes that I do not know of. You don't need to be rude. I hopr God blesses your heart so you can be a better person.

Yes, get T10 asap.

What I'd do is change chest+gloves to T9 right now. (4x t9)
Farm EoFs and buy helm or chest + shoulder T10 (since you can get pants in VoA and dont use T10 gloves at all)
So you have 2x t10 and 2x t9 now.
Farm up EoFs and buy next 2 t10 parts (pants + chest or helm (NOT GLOVES))

You should see significant improvement when wearing 2p T9 + 2p T10 because of the set bonuses.

Remember to upgrade your Ashen Verdict ring to the exalted one as well as pick up a cloak from HoR (Tapestry of the Frozen Throne?).

After that, it's all ICC10/ICC25 loot.
