instant disconnect from server

ive been trying to log onto the icecrown realm and keep geting instant disconnect after logging in, no realmlist, no character list, strait to "you have been disconecceted from the server". ive tried resetting the config file and the realmlist to what i have found in other threads, sometimes it will work, other times it will keep disconnecting. PLEASE HELP
