Playing soloqueue from time to time, started playing season before and got strange feeling that something is not right. Season before I was @66% win ratio, achieved a little above 1800 rating, this season my win ratio is not even 30% and can't pass 1000 rating, weird thing that i nearly never get ICC players as teammates, mostly fresh full relentless blackrock players vs bis teams.
I know im not pro or something, but 29% wins is like worst player EU ;D
Is this normal? Anyone else experienced this?

Yes, the win rate is very bad through solo que, you often get new players from blackrock who have no idea what they are doing (they can que with free gear right away).

I can only say prolly your luck is really bad. In the span of 100+ games i think it will get normalized.

Unless you are a really, really good player, as healer once you drop below 1500mmr you are stuck in perpetual hell. Best way to claw your way out the pit is to find a friend that plays really good to boost you to 1700mmr. At that point you'll stop seeing BR players with starter gear more than 1/10 games and if you are a good player you'll get be around 60% w/l, which means you'll be able to slowly progress.
