Trying to donate in order to avoid queues.

Hi,

I've been trying to donate with my credit card in order to avoid the queues for the last hour. Encountered the PaymentWall system which asks me to provide driver's license in order to proceed with the payment.

It's been processing the transaction for like 20 minutes.... What should I do ?

Has anyone encountered the same problem while trying to donate?

Just so someone has replied, no, I did not have that problem. Mine was instant.

Yes. Sometimes paywall will flag your payment and you have to upload documentation. I too had the drivers license which they then followed up with me and asked for photos of my credit card (minus a few numbers) as well. After that they lifted the restrictions and I had no issues. They respond somewhat fast, but it seems to take them several hours to respond. In my case it took a day or two of email tag but finally worked.
