Technical Chat interface

I can only see Chat Messages in my Chat window and Nothing else how can i fix that?

Can you explain what the problem is a bit more?

i only can see what other Players write in the Chat window. normally you can see which channels you joined (local defense, Looking for a Group, etc.)
or "stats" when you rolled for an item, or when you share a quest, i dont get the (not allegible for that quest) sory for my bad english :)

Well, are you sure you are positioned to the global window? Above the chat there's different tabs. You can separate global, whisper, party etc. and in, for example, whisper window you won't see anything from global, rolls, loot, xp etc.
Try right clicking the global tab and going to settings. You can pick what you want to be shown in there.
