pve or pvp gear for wpvp?

which type of gear is better for world pvp? pve gear or pvp gear?

I wouldn't go out to do Wpvp without all my resil gear on. You see some toons in bgs running all heroic pve gear, but if you watch closely, most of those players have support ppl around them protecting them. You wouldn't have that in Wpvp. Not unless you've got a very large group. I did some solo world achievements recently and I wore all my pvp gear. A few ppl tried to gank me, but it didn't work. Somewhere out there, there is a BiS pve warrior with 45k hp wondering how the hell that clothie whipped his *** when he tried to gank me.

if you are a caster and after you assess the situation you conclude that both sides have around the same players so you can sit back comfortably and cast then use pve

if you dont want that trouble just use pvp all the time.
