Technical Stuck in a party that isn't showing

Hello, I am in an awkward situation since I presumably have a group with a player who got a higher level than me which i don't know and can't see, disabling the access to dungeons for me. I am currently not able to leave the party. I have tried to reload , changed realm and came back, get invited by a friend to a new party, but none of these worked. I am lost and it has already been 10 hours since the "bug" has occured. thanks for your comprehension.
