When try to donate ,why dose it says "We were unable to authorize your card", I tried many times and its still says the same thing,by the way my card is working fine,i just made purchase on aliexpress and it went through without a problem.please help.

fyi-Im from sri lanka ,dose the region have something to do with this problem.
