WotLK Experiencing Mini "Freezes"

Hey guys,

For some reason whenever I try to cast a spell my game experiences a mini freeze or a dramatic drop in fps. I've been playing it for about it week and this just started. I can't seem to find out why its happening or what I can do to fix it.
Any help would be appreciated.

I used to have random freezes happening but not related to cast or anything, just completely random. Those happened on a laptop I used to have. I think my laptop wasn't strong enough or just something was off about it. Never experienced the same issue on other PCs.

What is your PC spec ? Also, try reduce your in-game graphics. Use Large Address Aware to increase memory usage of wow. Maybe it is happening duo to a macro you are using ? if nothing works. re-download the game (old wotlk) from the website.
