WotLK cant create ticket because IP ban

Hello, this morning i was banned unfairly due to "advertizing" which i have never done because i have nothing to advertize

I tried to create ticket but it tells me "Support is unavailable due to an IP Ban that exists on this account. The reason for the ban is Advertizing."

Can someone help me with this issue, because I have never advertized anything anywhere, if the system detected me advertizing it was probably because I had a name "simpgaming" which is literally just a joke name i came up because other simp names were taken and thought it was funny to add gaming at the end. I don't own anything with that name and i don't know anything with that name even exists to be advertized.

Playing WoW was my sole reason to get up in the morning last few months, but due to this misunderstanding I might lose my 40 level undead priest for no reason. It's my first time I've been this high in mmorpg levels and I'm sad and frustrated that it's gone for nothing. I don't care about the name, change if you want but please, help me restore my account. I don't have the mental strenght to start over.
