WotLK Cloak stats disappear

Hi all,

I had the Tumoltuos cloak of the bandit, but now it is just a simple cloak with 21 armor. Is that a bug or how to get back the original stats on it?

Check your stats, remove the cloak, see if you lost agility / attack power. If you did it's just a visual bug. If you didn't lose anything replace it with something else, it bugged out.

I lost the agility and stamina also, no change if I equip. I re logged also, re equipped. It became a basic cloak literally.

You can try opening a bug report on the bugtracker similar to this one: https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/21327
It won't get you your cloak back but it might save some1 from losing theirs in the long run, once it gets fixed.
