    cant Turn in Master of Transmutatuion quest

    i have gathered 4 primal might as the quest from zarevhi said to become master of transmutation. they are in my inventory and there is no other requirement in the quest itself. on the map theres a yellow questionmark at zarevhis location but i cant turn in the quest. what am i missing ?
