1. Neutral zone at the entrance of ICC

Please, please for the love of people who just want to enter Icc in a chill way and not be farmed for an unlimited time before they can enter, please make it neutral zone so the multiboxers with full pvp and bis gear and other people will stop farming pvp at the entrance. It's kind of wasting a lot of time for groups to wait another half an hour or how much long the pvp campers get bored to farm.

If there is another thread already, sorry, I couldn't find it.

Edit: also, with the server lag, I can't even get to cast something before I'm dead. Please don't stick pvp down our neck.

  2. When entering ICC if you fly inside at the top of the doorway and aim up (while avoiding the chandeliers), once it dismounts you automatically you should fall down right into the instance without touching the ground.

PvPers can't get to you that high and you will not take any damage.

  3. Well if you have a multiboxer with multiple dk spamming death grip and other classes that can fear, cc etc... the chances get smaller to be able to do that

  4. or you can just, ya know, spawn at the other side of the instance portal. so that when they try to get to you, they get zoned in.
ontop of that you have time to run in.

also. use your own cooldowns to survive longer?
you literally only need to survive for a max of 2 seconds.

I never understood how the ICC entrance is a problem for people.

sure dying once or twice can happen, but after that it should be no problem to enter.
if it is, thats on YOU.

Get killed once, shame on him.
Get killed 36 times because you failed to enter a raid, shame on you.

  5. PvPers can't get to you that high and you will not take any damage.
    Oh yes I can.
Sincerely - a hunter specced into Hawk Eye for when pugs decide to wipe on lootship.

  6. It does work if you are flying above the chandeliers xD problem solved

    Tadaaaaaaa

  8. Everybody here is saying that you can just bubble and walk right in, or fly above the chandelier to escape them all. You all forget, however, that 3.3.5 is notorious for crashing in heavily populated areas, notably: Dalaran, Wyrmrest Temple, Stormwind, and...wait for it, the entrance to ICC. I've had it on numerous occasions where my client crashes just as I, a paladin, dismount above the chandelier. It's somewhat challenging to bubble when WoW isn't open anymore. Guess what that means? Corpse run! Everybody's favorite past-time activity! And yes, I've already used LAA to boost how much memory WoW uses. It mitigates the issue, not solve it.

Also, it's rather annoying how ICC rep farming turns into ICC rep AND repetitive corpse running every time RL has to reset. Brilliant.

    I agree with OP, +1

I can't remember the last time I crashed from "high population".. Sounds more like you have an issue with your client and need to re-download it or something.

I've yet to see my WoW crash because of "heavily populated area". Don't play on dog WoD model one and play with a classic old client.

My game crashes sometimes, sure, but that's like once or twice a day! Also, some people used LAA and think it tweaked the game but infact it still didn't. Go into advanced mode and check if it says True under LAA. If not, you will have to run LAA as an administrator + change the wow.exe file to read and write. I used LAA for the first time and later I realized that it didn't do anything to my game due to the fact that it didn't have "read and write" option enabled.

Still, I can't believe you're seriously complaining about dying once from the gankers outside ICC. You can't die more than once or twice there, and if you do, you are not equipped with a skill level that is enough to play this game, not even pve wise lol. Sorry! Is it seriously bothering to die from a gank once or twice? How is it not bothering to wipefist at a boss for straight up 5 hours ? I dont get the logic.

You're bothered from dying once or twice there? how come it didn't bother you to wipe several hours to attempt to kill a boss? It is the same concept. The game is designed that way, perhaps this is the wrong game for you if this is really a problem.

  13. The hallway should be made 3 times longer with a small entrance that dismounts you when you enter the tunnel.

  14. I don't understand why people are against this idea. What would be better - 1 death, or no deaths? Seems to me that you guys almost enjoy the ganking that occurs there. Yet, nobody complains about the entrance to ToC being neutral, probably because it's rather convenient for everyone...

  15. I dont like Wpvp but I dont see any reason to make the area infront of Icc non-pvp.
