Race/Faction Change on Frostmourne

Hello,

I would like to know if there is any chance of these two features (Race and Faction change) coming to the new server whether it is via coins or vote points. I understand faction change could be a problem that might damage faction balance but I don't see a reason why race change could not be healthily implemented.

I think Warmane would need to make some efforts to ensure that balance wouldn't get too crazy if they opened faction change.
But I do see race changes being a big +

They should implement race change at the very least, will not have any impact on pop and just makes them money.
