Technical Not being able to claim points

Hello, i'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I have a problem. I've read a few topics where people say you can claim points if you have 1k achievment points, it also states that when I scroll over my activity rank. I have a character on Frostmourne that has 1k achievment points, but yet i can't claim the points "You do not have any points to collect." I was just wondering if it doesn't work for Frostmourne because it's a seasonal realm.

Check under armory, if you don't have 1k ach points there then that might be the reason you can't claim any.

Perhaps it has something to do with Frostmourne being new still, so there's plenty of options that aren't available for it yet such as faction change, char rename etc. I'm not surprised if points collection fell under that category. If you want you can send an e-mail to [email protected] and find out why you can't collect points. Answer might take about a week.
