Bank account got charged three times although it said "transaction failed" on warmane.

yeah paymentwall also charged me 360 euros and it keeps saying it's "initiating".
kinda feels like a scam u're the third person i hear this from
it keeps saying the transaction failed but they charge the money from our banks.

That's how banks and online transactions with them work. In very brief words, when the bank gets a request for payment, they take the money out of your account right away and set it aside. This is so you aren't able to use the same money twice in case there's a delay in one transaction, and a second one tries to charge an amount you wouldn't have enough to cover. When a transaction fails, the bank is signaled so, but they don't automatically transfer it back, it stays usually a few days in "limbo."
So no, it isn't Paymentwall charging your bank and taking the money, it's your bank setting the funds to cover the charge aside, but not giving it back to you right away when it fails for some reason.
