Extremely high ping issue just recently

I've started to have 4000 to 19,000 ping recently and I tried to fixed it by restarting my router and checking my service provider but everything is fine.
My ping still is extremely high ping and laggy I can't move, chat or even click on npcs. Is there a fix to this issue?

Try disabling all your addons and see it this fixes the issue.
If this works you have to enable them 1 by 1 or disable the most recent one.
Keep doing this untill you find the one that's causing trouble.

If this doesn't work try to put your wow folder on another location.

You can also download the client a 2nd time and see if this helps.

If this doesn't help then you'll need a better nerd then me.. cause i am terrible with computer (-:
