how do u attach a screenshot in game in the ticket to GM?
ive heard this many times but never understood how its done.
so you click print screen and the screenshot its in the wow folder. after that you upload it in the ticket to GM? or you upload it to imgur and post the link to GM ? but i am pretty sure wow client doesnt open a link even on the GM side right?
Upload it to imgur and paste the link(s). The GMs can copy text from tickets. And yes, you can do it too from the regular chat frames with an addon like Chatter or Prat.

with that hassle might as well open a subsection on forum for reports? much easier to deal with image uploads

We would have to open a section where posts can only be read by staff and the people who create them, but even then it's up to the GM team to decide how they want to handle it. We already avoid handling reports on the forums to prevent drama.

btw reminds me of a joke about some school placing their feedback / complaint box 3 metres high so people find it difficult to file a complain

GMs receive tons of reports daily from people not finding uploading a screenshot and pasting the link to be "difficult" or a "hassle." If it's somehow too much work for you, just don't make reports.
It takes like 10sec to drag & drop the picture on imgur and then clicking copy link. If that is too much of a “hassle” for you why do you even bother making a report in the first place
