WotLK How do I avoid ganking?

As Frostmourne is a new realm, there are a ton of people levelling atm. As a result, this is heaven on earth for people with the diggest dicks in the world, gankers. Since levelling forces you to go through Hellfire Peninsula, it is a choke point for every player. It is LITERALLY impossible to level up, every quest area is camped by level 70+ players on both factions; there is nowhere else to go. Usually, If I'm getting ganked I would just go level somewhere else, but I see no path out except for logging on at 5am when the gankers are sleeping on their mountain dew stained beds or hiring a ****ing escort. What am I supposed to do?

Que dungeons until gankers go away. It's a decent amount of XP/time.
