Crash

I was playing out from Undercity when I join DF, during the loading for "The blood Furnace" DF WOW crashed and now I can't login with all my charachters.
I tried to restart my computer but the situation is the same. Can u help me pls?

I'm sorry but my support page allow me only for "ban appeal" and I don't know how to fix this problem.
If my english is too bad send me an e-mail, I'll retry helped by someone better then me in english xD

If your stuck somewhere attempt to character unstuck on the character that first crashed, if this problem persists you should make a ticket via the website.
