Cant connect to server always write Connect and after 15 seconds Unable to connect Try latter

And still dont work
i create new account and still cant
Can some one help what i need to do ?
No VPN no Antivirus and Firewall ( can easy connect to Sirus and other servers ) i dont know why here have problems
Seems i dont have internet and try to connect.
