    ACCOUNT TRADING OR SELLING
    This is mostly to avoid scams. If you are caught trying to sell, buy, trade or give away your(s) accounts, be it via whisper, guild chat, forums or any global channels, expect to lose your account for good, along with all accounts shared by your IP. Remember that you are fully responsible for any action under your account. If your brother, friend, or anyone else took control of your account and broke the Account Trading rule you will be the only one to blame.

    Character trading is only allowed through our website's TRADE feature. Anyone found advertising or attempting to trade characters via other means will be treated as with account trading. When advertising character sale/buying make sure to explictly state that TRADE feature will be used.


    I want you to take the time to read this and try to understand it. ACCOUNT SELLING/BUYING is forbidden in Warmane's Terms.
    You just acknowledged you broke those rules and you are asking why is your account banned?


    I might have misunderstood what you wrote, but is the proof of payment for your premium status or your account :)

    He's probably talking about his donation, not account purchase.
    If you are banned and you still have access to your account you can open up a Ban Appeal ticket over at https://www.warmane.com/account/support?do=new
    Ban Appeals are the ONLY way to appeal a ban, there are exceptions such as IP Bans for using a VPN. If your IP is banned and you used a VPN then send an email to [email protected]
    If you can not access your account you can try and restore access to it via https://www.warmane.com/account/retrieve

    If your issue is not matching one of the two previously mentioned you can send an email to [email protected] , it takes a few days because of an increased number of players.
