Site Locked coins

Hello! I have donated from another account and sent coins to this account, because i wanted to get a character for my gf to play with. However every time i try to access the TRADE Tab, and purchase the character it says, "You dont have enough Non locked coins, please try again in 72hours." How can i resolve this issue, even tho i already waited 25 hours, the timer of 72h doesnt seem to change?

The timer doesnt change, but 72h after the coins have been gifted they are useable. There's no issue to resolve, just wait.
