Client download - Germany

Hello,
I'm currently living in Germany for about 5 months. I want to play on the new TBC realm when it is released. So my question is - is it safe to download the client from the site, is there any chance I get detect and be charged to pay a fine? Does Warmane keep the rights over the old expansions?

Hey there,

I've got a similar issue in that I'd like a direct download link, as MEGA is dodgy with bandwith and none of the torrents have a good downloadspeed. Anyone have a direct download link for the WotLK client? I am struggling to find any online.
