Seeking a response to an appeal. Now the ban time is almost over, so what was the point of even having an appeal system? Staff bans without justification. It just appears that if someone complains at a lost roll, it's Ninja Loot.

Ban appeals are lowest priority of all tickets or e-mails since people mostly complain that their ban was unjustified which ofcourse it wasn't since bans are never made without sufficient proof. They take about a week to get a response.

Thanks for your response Thorbjorn. I see you quite active on the forums. I can understand that point. Could I get your opinion on this Dungeon Ninja ban. Member to Member? Was a level 35 dungeon. 11 Stam, 6 Spirit cloak. I rolled on this as a Warlock and was accused for Ninja Loot by the Tank and Healer who also rolled on it. I was accused and reported as Ninja because they both lost the roll in attempt to pass it to the tank. This being a direct upgrade to my 2 agi, 4 spirit cloak I don't see how this is considered a Ninja roll. There's no tank specific stats. With this being a PvP server stam is pretty universal. I know this isn't a big deal, I just find it frustrating how they get away with a report like this.

Well, it might be an upgrade for you but it's not a cloak for your class. Warlock have little to no use of spirit. Tank shouldn't have needed it either since it gives spirit but you won the roll so only you got banned. I know it's an upgrade but rules are rules and there's nothing you can do about it.

Hold on now. A stam/spirit cloak can't be for a warlock? What class is it "designed for" then? And according to the new ninja loot rules tank should've been banned as well doesn't matter if this person won it or not, as they needed on it to pass to their friend.

See here's the problem. They were saying it was a TANK item. The tank was the one who said they was reporting me for it, and the healer kept spam whispering me over it. To say warlocks don't have a need for spirit isn't right either. They have specific talents for buffing SP based upon spirit, and felhunter itself buffs int/spirit. The frustrating part is staff just ignore this as another Ninja complaining. I just wanted a real response from the GM who made the decision to pass out a ban for this. Appreciate your input. I hope the community itself grows from this.
