Burning Crusade Don't have bear form quest

Hi, well, basically that, i'm lvl 14 and the trainer don't give me the first quest :(. help !

Heya, Pekynes!

Did you make sure to get the quest Heeding the Call from respective starting zone? Where you first spawn in at level 1, before the first "bigger village" you encounter.
