i have a dk Draenei char, and right now im trying to cap my hit rate for pvp which is 5%, i did some research and was sure 1% hit is 26 rating, but i was wrong its actually 32.80 rating, and right now i got 139 rating which gives me 4.24% hit chance, and then i realized i got the heroic presence buff, and i assumed i need to have 5.24%, but maybe my math is wrong so i stripe my self of gear to test the buff, and realized my hit is 0%, is it normal? i checked old topics on the natter and seems no answer on this,someone already figured it up? is it working but not showing the stat bonus?

lol you dont say, but is it working? or do i need to cap %5 hit with gems?
