I cant download patch with new models (probably)

hello, I have a small problem here and it is specifically that when I want to connect to my account I wait for a while and then it writes to me that I have to download the patch. The patch will probably not download and will give me a charge and give it a restart, when I click on restart the game will write me this: Failed to apply patch. Please try again later. If this persits you may need to reinstall contact technical support. Thank you to everyone who tries to help me.
