WotLK MAIL with HEIRLOOMs dissapear

Hello guys. At beginning wanted to excause for my bad eng ;)
Well.. I have a little problem because I quit of playing WoW and now I wanted to back I remember good that I had heirlooms because I wanted to lvl alt on Alliance side when Horde was my main character but I gets boring of leveling and quit game now the point is... I was sending mail from alt to main with heirlooms but I forgot to read him (take items) and after this long time not playing I think mail dissapear :( is there any chance to Warmane GM's can check it and restore that mail somehow? greetings

If you bought the heirlooms with coins, you can make a support ticket in website here: https://www.warmane.com/account/support

If you obtained them in any other way, there is no support for that and you will have to get new ones yourself.
