I was doing an ICC 25 HE 7/5/2020 with half of my guild we did a raid around 21:00ST until 1:20ST and my friend Belanova who was the Loot master by a mistake pass the looing time of
The item “Skeleton Lord’Circle” because he thought that he was going to be the only one rolling for it when a DK want it too “ Songobruh and banslayer” , as he passes the time a mage name “Shedrala” was making a big deal about the whole deal when we told him that we can open a ticket so that the rightful guy who wins by a roll I got a screenshot ( after the time of the item pass )
He said that he was going to report us and ban us ( me and my friend ) when we make a mistake and want it to fix it and he didn’t want to listen to any of our explanations and was been rude about it, he got a video and some screenshot about it and I want to make it right by open a ticket so you can take the time out of my friend and give it to the person who rolls it and won it in the first place! since I think that a valid option about the whole matter, we didn’t want to ninja the item ( that single item ) since we roll all of the drops we got …all of them
So it is possible to buy some matter get the item of my friend and give it to the right person it will be nice, and good for us to avoid the 30 days ban on my friend and maybe on me …since we didn’t want it to ninja the item I the first place

Pictures of me rolling the time after the situation, and telling the raid members to stay so they can roll it and check it, plus explain to them that we can open a ticket so this can be fixed and avoid all this situation
