Looking for Friendly Raiding Guild, NA times, No DKP

I have several toons (Boomnkin, Mgae, Warlock) but I'm most interested in gearing up my Hunter. She's at 5.1K GS and has a few pieces she can still get without raiding. I have some knowledge of ICC10 from raiding on my other toons. I am not anexpert on ICC am looking for a guild that is also progressing in ICC.

What I DON'T want:
Guild that uses DKP, that doesn't use Recount only to determine if someoen is a good player, that does verbally/textually berate players who make mistakes as they are learning the content or if they are not top DPS/HPS on Recount.

This maybe hard to find on Icecrown. Everyone hwre seems to be ICC experts with 6.1K+ GearScores who don't have time for anyone else who can't help them faceroll the content. Any advice would be appreciated. I'll most likely be on Valenhunt trying to raise my GS. I have auto-accept Guild Invites turned, so please whisper if you think I'd be a good fit.
