WotLK Missing heartstone

Hello

just before restart i lost my heartstone some how and when i try to get a new one by making dalaran my home it does not give me one for some reason.

It should mean you still have a "heartstone " If talking to innkeeper does not generate a new one

Disable all of your addons (in case you use an addon to manage your bags)
Check at bank, maybe you have moved "heartstone" there by mistake
