I was banned fot no reason, acused for usinng ninja looting by someone how just had an argument with someone in the party, but I don´t use this thing. I would like to know if there is no investigation before ban the people from the game.

Ofcourse there is an investigation and there's certain kind of screenshots needed that's 99% chance proof of actual ninja looting.
You needed something that's not meant for your spec.
