WotLK Cant retrieve or send mail ingame

Hey and hello good people,

Today i am having an issue with my mail, i can see the items i bought on the auction house in my mailbox but when i click on the item nothing happens.
and i wanted to send some gold to a guildmember and when i press send, nothing happens, this is on all of my characters and the cache folder has been deleted and i restarted the game several times, all my addons have been disabled. still having this issue.
