    windows WOTLK install issues

    im trying to get my buddy into wow and we had him download the WOTLK new and old onto his windows machine through BitTorrent. however he is missing the cache folder and the WTF folder is empty for him. when he tries to open the game it states that he needs to install direct X but its already installed. can anyone help with this?

    Yepp connect your computers and copy it over from your wow folder to his pc.
