Hey guys I've been doing a lot of BG's and I only get 1 scroll of deception per week or so, I'm interested to know if any of you has gotten more scrolls weekly by doing only BG's or is it locked to only 1 per week?

There were no offical statement that it has any limit, but I also have this feeling that it's somehow controlled drop rate, cause no matter how often I play bg never seen drop more than once per week or even less.

Yeah exactly, I usually get 1 scroll every 9-10 days (which is approximately 2-3 days after reset that I can get a new one, that should indicate my average time of getting a single scroll is around 2-3 days) and never before that which just means that they made it like that, even if the chance is 1%, I win lets say 20 BG's per day so that's 20*5=100 which means I should get 1 scroll at least every 5 days or sometimes even before because why not It's just Rng (I could potentially win more than 20 BG's). I'm looking forward to more feedback from players.

Welp it's a 1/100 chance again there buddy :-).
Doing 100 bg's doesn't give you a 100% dropchance.
Now on the topic.
I noticed that it's rather easy to get a scroll from bg's if you have been inactive for a while.
Yes really.. i have had alot of time where i got a scroll on my first bg while i haven't touched the character for weeks.
Note: This hasn't accured to me in raids.
Now also it really is rng.
I have a druid that gets overrun by scrolls while i barely get any on the characters that i want them on.
It is rng and it will stay rng.
And yes i have had more then 1 scoll in a week several times.
Guess you either have to be more active or you are just born to lose kek.
Last part is a joke obv.

Yeah I'm aware that the math is not correct but that was basically just a theoretical way of explaining that you can only get it once per week. You said something about getting more than 1 tho? Was it purely from Battlegrounds or you mean in general Arena/BG/Raids?

This was back when was spamming raids and bg's to farm scrolls.
On avarage i did like 100 bosses and bg's a week.
Been a while tho, I'm alot less active lately.

Yes, with raids you can get more scrolls, but from battlegrounds alone i don't think its possible to get more than one per week

This is just so stupid honestly, so how the hell am I suppose to get it on Blackrock when there are no raids or anything? They could've implemented like 3 scroll weekly cap per BG's and arenas since the chance is so low It's not even a big factor. The worst part is that Blackrock is a fun realm and still they made it harder than Icecrown or Lordaeron. Been farming BG's like crazy just to find out I'm limited to 1 puny scroll a week like It's something special and not a damn visual change (Not to mention on Blackrock there are no items to transmogrify unless you donate or get high rating to be able to choose from a limited number of items which ain't even that great in the first place). People have banks full of them from old Blackrock where you could trade things and now they make it almost impossible to get scrolls without spending 3 months grinding/waiting just to be able to transmogrify 1 set of gear. #Logic
