WotLK Absolutely terrible fps lag in WotLK all of a sudden

I'm running a pretty good rig, an Alienware to be exact, where I had screenshots of 80+ fps in RS encounters running 4k, ultra graphics with WoD models as well as texture models.

All of a sudden, I'm not sure if it's a Windows update or Nvidia update, but I can barely run 30 fps now.

I also tried to restore to a past Windows OS version, and it made it completely worse. Even the login screen is lagging hardcore.

I just reset my entire computer, with the only thing that was saved being my music folder. Every program has been reset. Even all of my pre-installed Alienware apps were uninstalled. Still as bad. I'm clueless and very annoyed.

Does anyone have the same issue? Or know what could possibly be wrong?

May we know what fixed the issue for you? It would be helpful if people could also look at this and find a fix to an issue similiar to yours.

I would imagine it was client side bug, if he is using the modeled version for example.
