    Faction change issue

    Hello, warmane community! It's Starfire from Icecrown. Recently I've attempted to change faction but it seems I must change the name if I want to so, wrote a ticket about that ofc but still waiting for an answer it has been 5 days already. In-game GM response but it was not satisfying at all that's why I'm posting the issue here. If I can't use this name want to know "why" and if it's not fixable need my 30pts back to faction change for other alt because my new guild wants at least one alt from me. Thanks for ur time.
