Technical Someone hacked my account and then got it banned somehow

Hello, so after retrieving my account and change my password, I get this message " Your account has been terminated due to Theft 4243325 ".

I have no idea what that means and I still can't get access to my account, please someone help me and get this fixed :/

Sounds like you or someone attempted a chargeback on your credit card. Account security is your responsibility solely. Warmane does not provide support for stolen/hacked accounts

Also looks like it could be a gold buying ban as well, several posts in the last few weeks in regards to just this..

I dont have a credit card on my account, created this account back in 2011 and never spent a penny. Damn man been trying to recover my account for the last 10 days or something woke up today excited to play on my chars and now this BS.... so frustrated :/

This would probably be why. If warmane thinks someones trying to steal the account or that you are not the original owner they would terminate it. Follow the advice Anyone0 gave.

Yeah, I already made a ticket and sent email. Warmane seems to answer once a day and I have been through this for the last 10 days (trying to recover my account after it got hacked) **** man starting to lose the excitement to play :/
