Technical I dont know what is mean ninja looting

Hi dear Administration,
I am a new player in this game and i didn't know any rules or how to play in this game. My first attempt to play this game. I didn't know what is mean ninja looting and none says me noting for this. I am banned 6 day for ninja looting. When I play in this game, i saw some banned info in this game " ..... acount banned 1 day for ninja looting" and although it was my first time without knowing, I banned 6 day. I need help for this punishment. I hope u can help me for this situation.

Ninja looting means you press NEED on items that are not for your spec you are playing that dungeon. For example, you are Retri paladin and you press need on spellpower or tank gear. Another thing is if press NEED on gear that you wont equip, for example you already have good ring and you press NEED on ring that worse for you. Also you cant NEED on items just because "it is better", for example, you are retri paladin and you press need on tank item because it goves more STR. These things can get you banned.

What you need to do is learn basics about your class, what kind of gear you need with what stats.
